Application:         Dual Monolithic Common Cathode Bipolar Zener diodes KS535 (microcircuit) are intended for formation of a two-polar pulse basic voltage. The devices can be applied as pair of Zener diodes with common cathode or as symmetric Zener diode. The devices are well combined with Silicon Bidirectional Switch (SBS) KU503   and allow to simplify the circuits for Thyristors and Triacs control. Vz - 8, 15, 21, 28, 35V   C<15pF
